MY BROWS ARE RUINED!. Claudia Connelly completely waxed off the tops of both of my eyebrows yesterday. One of my brows actually slants downward now and I look deformed. I am distraught and when I confronted Claudia she denied her mistake. I am not a new client and have had great results in the past. However, mistakes like this should NEVER happen, especially at a salon of this caliber. Anastasia should know that this employee is not suited to work at her salon. I will never return and new clients should be aware that apparently all of the staff are not trained equally.

Theyre all Pros. It doesnt matter who you get at this salon, theyre all great. I dont need to be best friends with the girl that does my brows, I just want to get in and get out and know that I look as good as I can. Thats what you get here.

As far as Im concerned, its nice knowing that these girls have all been trained by Anastasia and that no matter where I am in the country, I can find a brow artist of theirs who will make my brows look proper.

Im sorry but if you are complaining about the price they charge for brows you need a reality check. You're not in Kansas anymore and you cant buy a box of cereal, shoes for your 6 month old baby and a set of tires for your pick-up truck for $149.99 here like you can at Walmart back home. You spent $15 on valet last night so dont bitch about spending $50 on the person ripping hair off your face!

Great News for Brow Addicts!. I admit it, I'm a brow addict. I used to go to the Beverly Hills salon, among others in the area. I loved the "Anastasia" service but two things always bugged me - the traffic and the long waits to get my brows done. I saw online that she'd opened a new salon even closer to where I lived so I gave it a try. I was surprised to see how big it is. It's like twice the size of the old place. And there was NO WAITING. I walked right in, and Claudia took me in right away. She was done quick and my browns looked AMAZING, and then she actually took the time to show me how i could maintain the look. I never have to fight traffic for fantastic brows again.

I was able to track down Nicoleta!!! Hooray!!. Thanks to another lady posting Nicoleta's email here since

the Salon wouldn't help out with info I was able to schedule an appointment with her on the same day instead of seeing any of the other less skilled technicians I experienced when Nicoleta was booked! She sure was the busiest and hard to get an appointment for at times!! That tells you something! I also always appreciated it tht she did her job and not tried to sell me some stuff I a) didn't ask for and b) didn't need! She focused on doing the best wax job period!! Attitude, Overrated, and Clown Eyebrows. I visited the Anastasia salon in Beverly Hills a few years ago. The woman who did my eyebrows did not stop talking the entire time, acted like she was hot stuff for working in a salon in Beverly Hills and that it was all "ritzy and snooty" so she called it. My eyebrows when she finally finished after she kept talking and pausing to gossip with the other eyebrow ladies, looked terrible! I looked like a clown, the price was too much, and I felt as if all the ladies just kept laughing at all the clients. I even tried the "Anastasia" brand again at Nordstrom's in Santa Barbara and the eyebrow lady there made them totally uneven! I have nice brows, thick and easy to shape. I have now found at the Benefit Store on 3rd Ave. and Montana Ave, they do a nice job for $18-$20. They even do brows at the Benefit counter at the Bev Center Bloomingdale's, Barbara is the best. I won't waste my time or hard earned money at Anastasia ever again!

Weirdly Stenciled Eyebrows, Very Bad Attitude. This is the first review I've ever written on Citysearch and I'm usually a very forgiving and easy-going person, so for me to take the time to write a negative review means that I must have been pretty dissatisfied. I got my eyebrows done by Jasmine and they looked horrible afterwords. For over $50, they were uneven, way too thick, and I actually started crying after I left the store because I looked like a character out of Star Trek. For the record, I have naturally good eyebrows and for someone to mess them up takes an immense amount of skill (sarcasm). In addition, I thought Jasmine was rude, dismissive, and arrogant; I showed her a picture of what I wanted my eyebrows to look like and she barely glanced at it; in fact, she barely glanced at me or even acknowledged me as a customer. I'm not quite sure why she has a reputation for being one of the better eyebrow stylists; I don't think she has a natural eye for symmetry and beauty and she definitely doesn't have the artist's touch. Plus she's got attitude which is so off-putting and in my mind, unacceptable. So in summary, don't go to Jasmine and don't go to this salon; I've heard Anastasia is good, but I wouldn't bet my life on it...it's probably just a lot of hype.

Nicoleta best from the best. i go to anastasia's for my bikini wax and eyebrows and i see the same person all the time but today she was very late and i had no time to waste i had to see another esthetician ! well i had the best experience in my life! NICOLETTA does the best bikini wax ,very fast and no pain ! when she told me i was finished i was amazed at how fast and painless it was! and she did my eyebrows very beautiful and left them natural looking ! she is very professional , her room was surprisingly very clean and NICOLETA was dressed in all white an she looked like a real professional. t was very refreshing to feel like somebody finally treated me with respect and talent and patience! i feel so much better about myself and most importantly my appearance.

BrauHaus is by far the best!!!. I go to BrauHaus Salon in Pasadena. And i love the girls that work there. They are awesome, friendly, fairly priced and not as expensive as Anastasia. I see so many poor reviews for Anastasia and i just want you ladies to know that there are brow pros who do exist and they are in Pasadena. I get my brows done by Ginny and Zoey. All the girls there do the same work so try to get either one of them b/c they do get booked. I also see Luchesse who does my brazilian wax, shes quick and not too painful compared to others that i have seen in the past. But i love these girls and i think you should try them out.

Don't waste your money!. I had my brows done by Anastasia and they were the worst! She rushed through it and you could barely tell they had been waxed. I had to clean up the many obvious hairs she left behind. She's rude and way overpriced. I don't mind paying $40 - $50 if the work is good. She is not. Don't believe the hype.
