after you go there you will go to the dermatologist. i had bikini wax done by Vicky and i had to go to the dermatologist because she use no gloves !!!!!!!! i will never go there again ! My skin was red for 5 days!

Overpriced and not worth the money. I didn't think this place warrants the amount you have to pay. I saw no difference with this eyebrow waxing and the $10 one you can get at any salon. Disappointing and overhyped.

So overhyped for no good reason.... I completely agree with the majority of the reviewers! I've actually been going here for 4-5 yrs b/c don't know where else to go, and like everyone says -- no phone manners--when you call you can wait for 5 minutes (which is a long time on hold), makes you wait forever, not friendly at all, and I suppose the brow job is better than what I do on my own -- but not by much. I guess I fell into the hype too !

Dont Believe the Hype!!! She is a joke, desprate has been.. I travel the world for modeling and was told by some friends to go to this lady. I should make her pay me back because the woman is the worse Anastasia that is. She ruined my eyebrows and then try to rectify it with a stenci kit? How pathetic she is a has been and her receptionist who is her daughter i come to find out . She is obvously ridding mommies dwendling coat tails. Who was rude and has no right. I got my eyebrows ruined for new years!!!!! I dislike this woman and everything she stands for. DO NOT GO TO HER!!! Find Someone else. What a joke.

best from the best. I had the best bikini and eyebrows ever done by NICOLETA . She did my bikini in just few min. and i did not feel any pain . I did not know i have beautifful eyebrows till 2 days ago. She is very sweet and very nice, and she smille all the time., and very clean room and very proffesionall

Eyebrows Plucked So I would BUY her Eyebrow Stencil Kit. I decided to go to the "well-marketed" master eyebrow guru herself, Anastasia. Marketing and promotions really has brought her name around. Anastasia rushed through my brows, talking at great lengths about her eyebrow stencil kit... Finished up, and then showed me my brows to find they were done horribly. 'She' had made them so they were unbalanced (after the plucking), obvious and specifically so I would "BUY" her eyebrow kit'..She proceeded to walk me over to the makeup counter girl and tell me that the dark taupe would be a great color for me in her kit to make my eyebrows more asymmetrical. The girl behind the makeup counter looked embarrassed like she knew what Anastasia had done (and possibly does all the time??). Anastasia should feel ashamed of herself. How tacky!

the best eyebrows. oh my god!!!! this place is amazing! i have traveled all around the world and never have i come across a place such as this. the people were classy european and artists from the phone all the way to the chair. i had my brows shaped and tinted. my bikini wax and eyelashes .

overpriced for what you get. The microdermabrasion used to be good butafter I'd been coming for a while though I guess Cora just got lazy and took for granted that I would keep coming back. Although I have to say that she is very sweet woman. So I started contemplating going elsewhere when I noticed micro sessions getting shorter and shorter and the overall effects were less noticeable. The final straw came when I went to but a new series of micro - for which I used to pay $600 and get six treatements. Buying a series had been a good deal because otherwise one treatment was $150. But I went to purchase another series and was told that microdermabrasion was now $175 and they weren't selling series anymore! I tried another salon recently and found them much more affordable and better at what they do. I feel like I probably wasted a lot of money there because I realize now that there are better aestheticians out there.

Not as luxurious as they make it sound on tv!. I was really dissapointed. Anastasia may do an amazing job but her staff is aloof and in their own world. They treat you like a number. You call to make an appointment and they have no phone etiquette. You feel as though you are inconveniencing them by calling. Don't be surprised if your cut off mid sentence.

I guess I'll just have to just find another salon.

SOOO OVERRATED!!. If I can help you save time, money and horrible service, let me tell you about this place. I have lived in Beverly Hills for a long time and know the best spa and services in town and this is not one of them. You are treated like a number, not a name, its a factory. And please believe me when I tell you they are not experienced like they lead you to believe, just b/c Anastasia herself may be good doesnt mean her staff is qualified. I had my brows done by Nicolette and she BLEACHED them, not tint as I had asked. Wheshe shaped my brows they were uneven and horrible. Nicolette was very inexperienced so please avoid this happening to you. I could have saved the $70 and did it home for nothing!
