Expert Facial, Relaxing Setting

After a year of neglect, I decided to treat myself to a much need facial and called The Body Clinic, a local spa that's been in business for decades. They found a same day appointment for me within the hour. Ignore the generic exterior because once you exit the elevator, you're transported into a tranquil spa environment. I'll return again soon.

Terrible eyebrow wax

I went in for a brow wax and have never been more disappointed. After explaining to the woman that they needed reshaping and a good amount of waxing/tweezing, she proceeded to dab a tiny bit of wax on each brow and five minutes later gave me a mirror. I thought she wanted me to see her progress...instead it was to indicate she was done! I was staring at eyebrows that were still overgrown and misshapen. I couldn't believe she actually thought they were finished!! I nicely asked if she could wax or tweeze the rest. We repeated this cycle (her tweezing one hair and then giving me the mirror) about 4 more times before I finally just lied and said it looked good and did the rest myself at home. I will not go back there again.
