  1. The food is just AMAZING, when you order your dish the food is placed on these mini tea light warmed copper pans, so it makes it easy to share with friends!
  2. The absolutely best Indian food in the whole town, bar none.
  3. Great Naan, great veggie dishes, and King Fisher beer (the best indian beer)!

  1. My fiance' and I had dinner there last night and absolutely everything tasted fresh and flavorful!
  2. The chicken dishes are a mixed bag--the tikka was good, but the lasooni was dry and too heavy on the cilantro.
  3. Although I asked for the food to be spicy (which the rude waiter kept insisting may be too hot) the food was mild at best and not seasoned well.
  4. The chicken tikka was tasteless, the saag paneer greasy and tasteless, the mango chicken greasy and tasteless.
  5. The absolutely best Indian food in the whole town, bar none.
  6. After all, there's no point in being treated terribly just to receive bad food.
  7. Great Naan, great veggie dishes, and King Fisher beer (the best indian beer)!
  8. We've eaten at other restaurants before but none has made their chicken tikka masala as good as Clay Oven's.
  9. These guys are the same people that own Moksha and both restaurants are great and will not disappoint when you're looking for some great authentic Indian food.

Average food. Overpriced drinks.

Mediocre food. Chicken Tikka Masala was a bit too sour. Spinach was watery. Reasonably priced lunch buffet at $9.95, but then they charge you $3 for a drink! No one checked in on me the entire time I was there. Sorry, I'm not coming back.

Really good Indian food

by borabora76 at Citysearch

If you get a chance to check out this place you HAVE to try the mango chicken dish. I forget the exact name but you'll find it. Everything else is good too, but I go for this dish.

  • Pros: Wonderful Mango Chicken Dish
  • Cons: Parking/traffic not always the easiest spot

Used to be a great place to eat at.....!!!

by Indian Samosa at Citysearch

I think they have changed management and ownership. We ordered take out for new year. Even after requesting to make it spicy they didnt. They said it would take 20 mins but it took an hr. The containers wern't labled so we were guessing what we were eating. The quantity wasn't much. For the price I paid for the food, it wasn't worth it. I won't say authentic indian cuisine. The biryani is nothing like indian biryani. Atlest all the meats were tender but that was it.

  • Pros: The meats are tender..not tough
  • Cons: Food is blan, service is lousy
