I love Urban Roots and Rosey! I found them on Citysearch about a year ago and have never been disappointed. I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm super picky about my highlights and Rosey has really done an amazing job and exceeded my expectations. I just recently decided to go full-on blonde and WOW! It came out better than I could ever imagine. I feel hot, my hair looks great and I love their new shampoos and conditioners. They leave your hair sooooo soft, even on my lightest blond pieces. Rosey and her staff are super friendly and so knowledgable about their craft that I love coming back again and again. I recommend her to anyone who wants hot, touchable hair. THANKS, ROSEY!

One of the main reasons for great reviews is because they offer a free deep conditioning FOR A REVIEW ON city search. Yet they forget to mention that they make you sign a waiver before starting any work. But yet when they damage your hair they don’t offer no apology or at least the deep conditioning, their customer service goes out the door, as they don’t try to salvage any losses or work with you, although they are quick to offer you additional services for an extra charge, and remind you that you did sign a waiver, and that they are not responsible for any damages. I made my appointment with Rosie and went in to get some highlights. The only person that was friendly was Rosie, but that’s only because she is the owner. In previous years I have never had problems with other salons causing damage to my hair, even with bleaching colors versus this salon. Even without getting any blonde highlights they caused damage to my hair. They over processed it and caused extremely damage to it. When I walked out of the salon I got into my car and looked in the mirror. I noticed that my skin was stained. I had stains all over my forehead, on my ears, behind my ears and on the back of my neck. When I went back to tell Rosie, she had the nerve to tell me what products I could use from my house, or buy at the store so that I could remove the stains myself, although I just got though paying $300 dollars for my hair. For the amount of money that they charge, I was expecting a far superior service and quality of work, yet they don’t provide any of them. It is needless to say that I would never return, nor would I ever refer anybody there.
