Customer Service. I made an order with Toy's R Us on 11/30/09 and i cannot get any information on my order with the customer service department in the Culver City Store. They hang up the phone in your face each time I call to see if my merchandise has arrived to their location. I think that someone should be cordial enough to at least answer the phone and transfer us to department that can answer our questions. I have called for over 1 hour and still no answer. I will never buy from Toys R Us Again they Stink. Taking your money is all they want to do and that is a shitty deal...

Just about anything you need for kids. The place to shop for kids for all ages. I shop at toys r us because they have any toy that my kids wants, and my kids can run and play with the toys with out any one getting up set.
