Very inconsistent. If you're ordering online, you're really taking a chance. I've had the incorrect order sent twice. The drivers are prompt, professional and polite. However, now that I call the store directly, I found that the staff have appalling phone manners. They'll hang up without saying goodbye and always sound irritated that you call them. I'm sorry - am I making things difficult for you by providing you with some business??

The food has always tasted good - it's just not always what I order.
