Beautiful catholic service. We had our service here, and the person that coordinated everything, Rocio/Ms. Perez did an excellent job. She took care of mortuary; there was a sister and a nun that arranged the songs and choir. The catering service, Rocio, she provided what they used; holy cross, it was wonderfull.

Unusual Circumstances, great help. It was not an average funeral- it was shorter than most. It was brief, but Keith green took care of us, we liked him very much. He was very polite and he helped us a lot.

Hardworking and Empathetic. We dealt with a man named Green. Keith Green, I think it was. He was very compassionate, he was filled with great ideas, and everyone else that helped us worked their very hardest to make our family feel comfortable and welcome. Great Individualized Attention.

Good at what they do. We had a service here not too long ago, and they did a good job. The priest that did our memorial was very compassionate, and he gave a wonderful service for our family. Oh golly, I don't want this to sound bad, and it might be terrible of me to say, but they really were a 'Well-Oiled Machine'. When we got there, the staff greeted us, and they picked up on our discomfort and they were very compassionate. Everything was done in a dignified manner, and I just had no complaints. I know the vendor that did the food was probably an outside vendor, but the catering was good too. I'm not sure about the food vendor, but I know they're related to the funeral home somehow- but they were great.

Just absolutely wonderful. We had been out of town for a while and they worked with us over the phone. I was also new to this whole funeral planning thing. We got into town, and everything had been taken care of professionally. I couldn't thank the people involved enough. They did everything humanly possible to accommodate us.

worst staff I've encountered in a while. If they fired the entire cemetery staff and started over, I would have different thoughts about this place. It is a very nice setting and close to where I live so it is ideal in some ways. But the staff at the cemetery department was so horrible, that I would have never purchased a plot there had I been given a choice. My father unfortunately purchased a plot many years back. The staff was rude, unfriendly, disrespectful, and even incompetent. The staff at the DMV is much more professional and fair. I wasn't even expecting them to be compassionate (although that would seem a human way to treat people who have just lost a loved one), but being treated rudely was just unbelievable to me. I went to the cemetery office on three occasions being helped by at least 6 different people and they were all horrible. I'm sure it will only take one visit to confirm everything I've written.

Holy Cross Cemetery only wants you if you or loved one is dead and desperate.. Holy Cross Cemetery only wants you if you or loved one is dead and desperate. Try to do pre-planning over the phone, you are transferred around, then given another number to call, when a person helps, they promise to send you all the info Right away! It has been over a month with 4 (four) consultations, including requests thru their web site and I have not received, call backs or forms, and standard price lists as requested, nothing. They want you to come in and be manipulated by their uncaring high pressure sales force!!!!! Note: standard price lists are required by Law! And it is important know costs.
