I was extremely pleased with the work, the personnel (Hector), the timeliness, the price, EVERYTHING. I previously used the Santa Monica service center but felt they were always pushing me to do more to make my bill 500 minimum. This didn't happen at Culver - in fact they fixed an additional problem without cost and saved me an extra trip. I'm switching to Culver servicing permanently.

These guys are the best. These guys are the best. I had a terrible experience with Volvo of Santa Monica, so I walked in here, got a straight answer and walked out with the exact car I wanted in 30 minutes. There was no BS, I got a straight story from them as to what cars were arriving and when. It made the deal wonderfully pleasant. I could not recommend them more.

Great customer service. Bought my car from Tony Tehrani at Culver City Volvo. Tony took great care of me and my fiance, answered all of our questions, gave us a great price and followed up with great customer service after the purchase. I highly recommend these guys for your next car purchase
