The Food
Wahoo serves up a fresh, light and tasty fusion of Latino, Asian and Cajun fare. Bowls, burritos and combos come filled with your choice of meat, blackened or teriyaki style. The enchiladas are petite but packed with zesty flavor--especially when topped with the roasted pepper and cilantro green sauce. The most addictive concoctions are the side dishes: Ahi rice is delicately seasoned and steamed to slightly sticky perfection. Cajun beans are tiny, tender and pack a pleasant bayou bite.
