great atmosphere, fun games, good drinks and generally cool dive. This place is great, unpretentious, well-priced drinks, a dive without getting a dive crowd, all ages, great games including shuffleboard, 2 pool tables and a dartboard. What more could you want? A neighborhood hang but laid-back and friendly. In a non-descript part of town, which is exactly how I like it...

Cozy-ish. This place reminded me of San Francisco. It was dicey, and cozy! we were only there for a quick drink and some taco's from down the street... (I'm still trying to find out the name of that place, sooooo goood!)

It was cool that they let us eat them up in the bar.

Great dive, good crowd. This place has my 3 favorite elements for a place to chill: Strong drinks, pool tables, and a jukebox. Very mixed ages crowd. No negatives of note. Awesome shuffleboard table, looked older than the bar itself. No obnoxious video games on the bar either. Bar tenders were quick, and polite. Parking didn't seem bad. A gas station and a taco joint are nearby as well.

The best place to go when the club closes.. Located right across the street from the Elks Club #1917. When the club closes, that's where you'll find some of it's members. It is considered 1917 & 1/2. Ya, it's a dark, it's a dive, it's a bar. I'am an Elk member from Connecticut and wouldn't miss stopping there when I'm in Culver City. Had a lot of good times there.

This bar is smokey!!. If you like coming home smelling like you have smoked a pack of cigarettes (and you dont smoke) this is the place to go! I asked the bartender if he could ask them to stop smoking and he told me I could go somewhere else! I do not recommend this bar if you value your health.

Divey without a dive crowd. This place has two pool tables, shuffleboard, darts and very nice patrons. Its not even remotely trendy (which I think is a good thing). Several retired cops hang out there, so mostly everyone is well behaved.
