I disagree with that horible comment by "laces". PICO PARTY IS THE MOST HELPFUL COMPANY ON EARTH!! the staff was unbelievable, and they are VERY understanding!!! maybe you were just a horrible customer! that doesnt sound like thier fault! it sounds like miscommunication on your part!!! they just did what they were told!

THE BEST RENTAL COMPANY EVER!!!!

I was so pleased with Pico Party Rents from the initial phone conversation with a party consultant. She helped me with all of my questions and even helped me with great ideas for a theme event. The prices are unbeatable and the service when setting up for my event was on time and the quality of the rentals great. There just a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use them for my upcoming events.

The worst!!! BEWARE, DON'T USE PICO RENTS!!

The worst!!! Should be minus stars. BEWARE, DON'T USE PICO RENTS!! Rent tables from them and on the day of event I call to find when they will deliver. They tell me they canceled the order because called them to. No one had the authority to cancel the order. They never called me to confirm. They were totally unsympathetic, unhelpful, rude and arrogant from the manager on down.
