Needs improvement lots of potential. The place has ample parking. Nice corner location. Near restaurant. They used to have impressive white phals. orchids few years ago. Also some rare and novelty orchids. But lately the selection are almost the same with raplhs, costco or home depot. Mostly denrobiums and cheap 4 pots white phals. Orchids does not last long as compared to other orchids they have years ago. Price is very expensive.

Service is poor because only one person running the store from taking calls, making arrangements, taking payments, etc. Not knowledgeable as well of different plants. Place smells of cigarettes - not a non-smoking friendly shop. I ordered an arrangement and the day i came to pick-up it has not been done yet. Restroom needs to be clean. Not children friendly as lot of cursing occurs.

Website looks beautifully done.Displays are almost the same for many years. No new floor displays for a long time. Baskets are old but expensive. Given the economy now spend your dollar somewhere it is valued.
