Service new but lost my apettiet

We where looking fwd to going in a grew up with Bob-Bigs boys in Hollywood, it was so sad, i can not deny they had a lot of waitress around no one to care for customers they look like they where all over each other and doing nothing we had to flag someone down the soda was twice flat pepsi is all they had the 3rd time i just ask for a glass of water it took for ever to get our plate the fries where cold the hamber bund was cold and stiff the onion rings where amazing and that all we ate i want my money back and its best to had kept it closed i do not recommend it for eating just the view is all it has as a charm how sad and i look fwd to eating there..they took away my great memry of good eating shame plz do not waste your money...eat at In-n Out where you can not go wrong..
