In 1984, the first Embassy Suites location debuted in Overland Park, Kan. Today, the property's luxury accommodations make it an ideal hotel for conferences, special events and weddings. All hotel rooms are spacious two-room suites that include a separate living area with a sofa bed and desk, a private bedroom, two televisions, a wet bar, a refrigerator and a coffeemaker. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable for the business traveler. Wireless internet access, a great free breakfast and cocktail hour every evening. tends to be noisy if you have a room on the ground floor because there are children everywhere! The grounds are lovely with koi ponds and ducks, exotic plants and a very open feeling. This place is a fantastic value, especially if you are traveling with kids.
Pros: Grat value, beautiful grounds, helpful staff

The rooms are lovely suites that can accomodate several guests comfortably. It is like a home away from home. The nightly managers reception is great. You can enjoy drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), popcorn or chips and salsa for free with the other guests. While there is a fee for parking even for guests you can find parking on the street that is very close by and even directly in front of the hotel itself. The only drawback is that it can be very crowded and noisy especially in the pool area.
