Amazing resterant for mexican food and fun

I moved into LA about 2 years ago and started looking for places to eat as we eat out a lot. My family and I LOVE mexican food so naturally finding a good mexican restaurant was one of our first prioritys. We drove around and stumbled across Cozymels which was oblviously a mexican restaurant. We went inside and where met by a friendly hostess and she told us it would be a 15 munite wait. While waiting she gave us a menu to look over and even sugested some items on the menu. We where the seated and when the waitor came he asked for our names. From thyat point on he adressed us by names giving the restaurant a personal feel. I had the chicken enchaladas but the waitor segested I try the cheese sauce over the top instaed. It was AMAZING!!!! All together with great food, a friendly hostess, and great effort from the waitor I give this resturant 5 stars. It has since become our regualr and we go there very often.

Great mojitos and service at Cozymel's El Segundo

Cozymel's in El Segundo has a great bar and excellent service. They serve the BEST mojitos. The ambience is nice and decorative. The service was fast. I especially loved the shrimp cocktail appetizer that was served in a cocktail glass with garnishes. I will definitely go there again and again. This spot is great if you want to go to the bar with friends or intimate dinner.

Friendly service, strong drinks and plenty of seating

My co-workers and I have made this our weekly Wednesday watering hole, immediately after 9 holes of golf at The Lakes (around the corner on Sepulveda). We kick the night off with a round of Cadillac margaritas, which never disappoint. They serve them in huge blue glasses and they never skimp on the liquor. We tend to get fairly boisterous as the night progresses but the management never gives us any problems. The food is great as well, with plenty of options on the menu. The chips are weak but the salsa isn't bad. Overall, a great hangout in the notorious LAX "dead zone"!
- Pros: Powerful Cadillac margaritas and friendly service...
- Cons: ...but the margaritas aren't cheap!
