I was sent from Orange County to our EL Segundo office recently. Our meeting lunches were catered by Rinaldi's. I have to say we were very, very impressed by the quality of the food for the prices!!!! ($4.50-$7.50). They used all Boar's Head lean meats and cheeses. Quite a few of the staff members raved about their menu selections that cannot be found elsewhere as most are original ideas and named after their regular and favourite customers.

It's excellent for anyone yearning for a great solid sandwich without any fat and mysterious meat AND without breaking your bank even if you eat there everyday.

My favourite is the cold California Delight. It has lean turkey breat and avocado for $5.50 for small and $6.50 for large. Other favs are: "That's It" - grilled chicken breast with grilled onions, teriyaki sauce, easy mayo and mozzarella cheese!!! That's it!!! And it's addictive!!!! "Fat-Boy", "God-Father", "Troll", "Undercover J", and Airport Bergmann are crowd pleasers as well.

Their house special pastas: Spaghetti with their home-made meatballs and Nikki Special which is angel hair with spicy andouville sausage come with a 12 oz soda and their own blend of garlic bread all for only $6.75!!! They have new additons - recently, a basil pesto with ziti and 8 oz grilled chicken breast for $8.95

Close by italian restaurants are selling their pasta dishes with meat from $10.95 and up to $16.95!!!.

The deli is cleaned, graded A , no way a 4-star rating by decor but sure is a 5-star for quality, price, taste, uniqueness and service!!!

And oh yes, they are voted "Best of the Best Sandwich/Deli" for 10 years and best caterer the year they have that category in El Segundo. They have been opened for 11 years.

Tons of sandwich choices

The menu has a ton of sandwiches, most of which are not your boring fare. Big sandwiches, all that I've tried have been good. It's a small dining room and gets crowded at lunch.
