Best place for odd tile from any decade. You can get a retro look or something completely current here. The warehouse is not fancy, but that's reflected in the great prices. The tile I got here was a fraction of the price I could get it elsewhere!

Great selection. Great place, everything was in stock. I got samples and my tiles quickly and with no hastle. Not much more to say about the place. They supply other tile stores so this is the place to get these difficult to find tiles.

greatselection. Our visit to the riverside location was fun , much to look at, many choices almost too many, you could spend all day there. The customer service was excellent, just wish they were open on Sunday.

Rude service. If I could give a lower rating I would. While this tile company specializes in making hard to find tile colors, they certainly don't specialize in good customer service. I ordered a sample from this company and was ecstatic that it matched my 1950's color. When I ordered the tile to be overnighted (at a huge shipping premium, but was happy to pay because I found the color), it arrived and was a completely different color. When I called to ask about replacements, I was treated poorly and given nothing but attitude by someone named Millie ("We always have problems with rush orders.") as if I were to blame. I know it's a hassle to rush an order, but it's not the customer's fault that you can't track your samples and lot colors.

After wasting close to $400 to receive and send the tiles back, Millie wasn't even willing to check her other locations for a color that matched their sample.

Please note that all locations ship thru Millie's Gardena location so calling them to ask for samples didn't seem worth it.

It's a shame their service will ruin any chance I have to recommend their niche business to all of my fellow 1950's tile homeowners. Truly one of the worst customer experiences of my life. Find a tile maker elsewhere. Don't waste your money or time!
