highly recommend Luis. Luis' is located across the street from El Camino City College in Gardena. I needed a haircut so I decide to give Luis' a try. I was a bit scared because his shop did not look like a hair salon which I?m use too. Luis was very nice and soft spoken so I felt at ease. He cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it cut (even better than my regular cutter). He cut it a bit shorter than normal but it looked good so I was very happy with the results. His cut only cost $12 so that was a great deal. I?ll be going back. I highly recommend him!
