Fun Bar at night. Minus the water spilled on me, this was a great night. I've been here a couple of times and enjoyed each time I've come so I decided to write them a review. It's a good place if you're looking for a lively bar at night. There are usually the most people in here so that's where I usually like to go.

beer, breakfast, bloody's!. My favorite part is sitting down to the brunch with the fresh, made to order omelets. When the weather's nice, there's nothing better than Hennessey's breakfast and you and your friends enjoying it. they've got the best bloody marys in the business too. They had a special and each bloody mary was 3 bucks!

Bloody Mary's. This is an awesome spot for anything you want to do. When the weather is nice (which is always in California) this place is packed! If you're looking for some good food and drinks, go to Hennessey's.

Best View In Hermosa. This is the only bar in Hermosa Beach where you can sip your cocktail while watching the sunset go down over the entire bay, all the way from Palos Verdes to Santa Monica (on a clear day). The food is typical bar food, but its good and they often have daily specials that are great deals (Tuesday - buy one burger get one free). On weekends it gets very busy, and you will often need to wait to get a table on the roof, but it will be well worth it. Drinks are good too! Try the greyhound.

Brunch at the Beach. This well known bar/restaurant on the Pier is one of my favorite places to catch breakfast...especially on a sunny day. I suggest an irish bloody mary and the eggs benedict. i substitute salsa for the hollandaise. The portions are generous and I have enjoyed every breakfast dish I have ordered. The wait may be a bit long, but is worth it, and if you can wait for the rooftop, do it.

Great chill hangout. Go there for breakfast for the Cap'n Crunch French Toast, go there for the burgers at dinner, and go there to cap off the night with a drink upstairs. This is one of my favorite places to chill in Hermosa Beach. Try the fish specials too!

They call that a drink??. I was very disappointed in the service and the drinks here. I had ordered a cranberry vodka and they gave me straight cranberry juice. I have never had such a weak drink before at a bar and it cost $8 for that cranberry juice! The waitress didn't come by our table once after she brought our food and drinks and we had to get up to find her just to get our check. The hamburgers that we ordered were very tasty but that is the only nice thing I have to say about that place. I will not ever go back.

mellow. this is a good place to start out the night or end the night. it has a mellow atmosphere, good food/drinks, good service, and just dont get retarded in here. only goes off on days like new years or st. patricks day.

Enjoy an unbeatable ocean view with drink in hand among a crowded house of beautiful, tanned faces.. The Scene
The fact that somewhere in the world it must be happy hour is reason enough for the patrons at this two-story beach bar to have a drink. Grab a seat inside or on the patio, or watch the waves roll in from your seat on the rooftop. And don't bother getting up, since there's a bar up there, too. Inside, antique fans hang from a high ceiling as huge windows open up to sunshine and allow the fresh ocean breeze from the Pacific to find its way inside.

The Draw
Lifeguards, locals, beach gals and tourists with sunned and freckled faces frequent this beach bar. Flip-flops, shorts and tanks tops are most definitely accepted attire. Try the herbal martinis in three flavors--brainpower, passion and energy. Enjoy a shot of these concoctions during happy hour for just a buck.

Local Love. This place goes off the hook on Friday and Saturday nights and is a perfect local hangout during the week and lazy weekend afternoons. Can't get enough of it.
