LOVE my new ring!. WOW! I just got the new ring that my husband had made for me at Seymour Jewelers. It is simply GORGEOUS! My hubby got my size wrong so, of course I had to take it in to

have it sized. I was pleased with the level of service and the friendly atmosphere and now my ring fits perfectly! Can't wait to show it off during the holidays!

Great Customer Service!!!. I have been to Seymour Jewelers a few times now and am always impressed by the service and the way that they make me feel comfortable when I come in. I never feel pressured to buy, something that means a lot to me, and for that reason I will make them my first choice when I or my wife have watch or jewelry needs. I puchased my wedding rings and a watch from them and I feel that they gave me a great deal. I have dealt with Scott, JJ and Pam, they really know their stuff!!

Horrible customer service. I'm not sure if Scott is the owner but either way, I don't understand how Seymour Jewelers stays in business. They certainly don't want to go to any extra effort to assist a customer without having money physically in their hands. My wife lost her wedding rings on the beach and they wouldn't even consider helping us with a quote unless they were sure we'd buy the ring from them.

Very Poor Customer Service. Took over a month to fix a watch.

Lost the record of the watch in the store.

Sent the watch away to be fixed and charged a pretty high fee for the repair, without confirming the details with me.

Didn't seal the watch properly when returned (waterproof seal) and caused more damage to the watch.

Then try to dispute that it was there fault.

Yet to receive a single apology.

I would recommend you send your expensive jewelry to someone else.

- I would not trust Seymour with anything you value.
