Horrible Horrible Customer Service

First of all, I give this place 1 star, if I could I would give it a NEGATIVE 10!!! I will NEVER EVER EVER place my feet in the place again. To start off, they day we ordered my daughters first communion dress there was a lady arguing with one of the employees because they didn't have their dress ready, that should've been the sign. So anyway, we place our order and they ask us to come back Thursday to pick it up. Thursday comes, and as we are walking into the store, a man outside was telling us not order from these people because they do not keep their word. We walk inside the store, and there are TWO more customers arguing with the store employees, their dresses weren't ready either. Oh I was so worried they were not going to have our dress. Turns out, our dress wasn't ready either til the next day, Friday evening. We got upset as well, seeing all these customers upset made it hard for us to even trust that this people would have our dress ready. Two employees in particular, (Claudia & some other lady) were very rude, using foul language in front of me (and other customers) and acting with a very smart attitude. Turns out, one of my cousins had also came into this store before, and one of the employees actually made her niece cry, her niece is 9 yrs old, what does that tell you???? Since this store consist of two locations, the employees at the other location helped us out, they gave us another option as to which dress we could take. Overall, the experience was HORRIBLE!!!! Like I said, NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FORM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMEND!!!!!

FRADULENT OWNERS

LONG STORY SHORT I BOUGHT A BABTISMAL GOWN, TURNED OUT TO BE DAMAGED. I WENT TO EXCHANGE IT ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY WILL EXCHANGE BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $100.00 FOR THE SAME SIZE, SAME STYLE EXACT DRESS. HAD NO SIGNS WITH THE STORE POLICY UNTIL THE 3RD TIME I WENT TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER. THEY DIDN'T OFFER ANY EVEN EXCHANGES OR SIMILAR PRODUCTS UNLESS I PAID MORE MONEY. WE FINALLY AGREED THAT THE OWNER WOULD RETURN THE MONEY CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD BUT DID NOT DO IT. A HAVE A SIGNED RECEIPT A FRADULENT TRANSACTION SAYING IT WAS CANCELLED. STAY AWAY FROM MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE LIKE THESE!! THEY HAVE ANOTHER SHOP 3 DOORS DOWN ASWELL.
