Tips for Starbucks Coffee

NOT dog friendly. NOT dog friendly!!!! After visiting this location many times, I was told today no dogs allowed on the patio. I have sat on the patio with my dog at many Starbucks for years with not a problem until today. The coffee is just so-so, the over priced food is terrible. The only reason I patronized Starbucks is because I could enjoy the company of my dog. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

STARS at STARBUCKS. I'm in the "industry",thinking of a drive along the PCH, how about some java for the ride?I think I'll .stop at THIS Starbucks. You could run into anyone here, many tabloid photos show sleepy stars trying to sneak in for a cup.Even without star status the staff is quick &accurate-the coffee is Starbucks. At least drive to & explore Leo Carrillo State Park-a hidden GEM JUST UP THE ROAD

Seattle-based coffee chain lures caffeine addicts with upscale roasts, caramel frappuccinos, shaken iced teas and an extra shot of trendiness.. In Short
For many, getting their daily jolt of java has become a daily morning ritual, and the cardboard cup with its infamous green label is the close companion of every coffee aficionado. Busy baristas work seamlessly behind the bar, juggling orders for their strongly-brewed drips and signature hot and cool beverages. While providing a wide selection of coffee specialties, pastries and various coffee related goods, patrons are invited to settle down in comfy armchairs and enjoy their favorite brews amid the chatter of the laidback yet caffeinated crowd.

Please Disregard Amy, It's starbucks!. To address a couple matters in the previous review.

1. Long lines: This is not usually the case. I go approximately 4 times a week at varying hours and the line has never been longer than about 8 people. With two cashiers, this is not a problem. Also, note, they recently opened another Starbucks in Malibu, making this even more of a non-problem.

2. The coffee is just ok: This is just as any Starbucks. If you're a coffee lover, then there is something for everybody and it is delicious.

3. Parking: The parking lot is currently under construction. Parking can be difficult to find directly in front of Starbucks, but it is in a colony of retail that has plenty of parking. If you aren't lazy and can walk 50ft. , then parking is a non-issue.

4. Lacking Ambiance: It can be a little chaotic, but as a college student, I still find it a pleasant environment to study. You just have to be one that can study with a constant flow of coffee-goers, which... would be the case with any coffee shop.

Very Long Lines !!. If there is anything that describes this Starbucks the above title would be it. No matter when you arrive there seems to be a really long lines here, frequently double looping lines, and at times all the way out into parking lot. NO THE COFFEE ISNT THAT GOOD. Malibu has an inherent anti-growth policy allowing very few operators regionally. This coffee house seems to benefit from that competition where it has no incentive to improve its service (long lines) or consistency of its coffees (its prepared different every time) nor prices (a cappuccino will set you back near $4). There are hordes of boxes all over the place in this Starbucks and the ambience is totally lacking.
