Horrible customer services very unprofessional espatially the owner David!! How can you expect the employees to Give good service if the owner is the worse!!!!
I bought 2 weeks ago from one of the sales rep in the store Patio. The sales rep said its $100 delivery, I was prefer to pick it up because I live not too far and I thought is too much for delivery.
I came after 2 weeks to pick up the patio and the owner David was at the resister I told him that I came to pick up the patio and he said why you didn't make a deliver it's only $25?? I thought I didn't here well than I ask again how much?? And he said ony$25!! I told him that I'm surprise and that I ask a few times and your sales rep said that this is the best price she can do on delivery I could see on his face that he understand that he shouldn't say that.
After that I went to see the patio to pick up and I found it at the back without any cover on the floor with all the rocks and the sand it was look very faded from the sun, and also it was ripped out and one of the patio leg was damage. I wasn't sure that this is what hes going to give me and I ask him " is this main'??? And he said yes its yours we just for it from the warehouse. I looked again and I ask him if it's the one from the display?? And he said no. And than ask in Spanish his worker if it's from the display and two of them said YES. And he didn't know that I speak Spanish and he said to me that it's completely new. I told him that I speak Spanish and this is not what they said and than he got med and said give me your card I'll refund you the money even thou I didn't ask for refund I just want what I order and new.
And than he left to help to another customers and he asks his workers do not speak with me.
I was waiting for him 20 min and he didn't pay attention to me than i came to him to make sure he see me and he said infornt of customers " you need to wait im helping to NICE CUSTOMER.
I went to the register to get the refund the lady at registered wasn't nice too and she make me wait and she told me what did you expect you got a good price for display. I was shocked again how low they can go they need to be coordinate with there lies !!!
They didn't want to do me refund!! They humiliated me in front of people and they make it looks likei did something wrong. I was neve treated like that in any store they need to asham.
Don't trust them not recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oasis is Awesome! – I have shopped at Oasis for over 5 years now and purchased just about all my backyard pots and pool side furniture there. Dave and his team are very helpful and always willing to make sure you get what you are looking for at the right price. The last purchase was a 7 foot custom tile table that Dave had to order . He offered up a loaner until our table was ready. If that isn’t customer service I don’t know what it. Thanks Oasis for making my backyard a unique and one of a kind party destination.
GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCES AT OASIS! – Whenever I'm on the PCH I stop at Oasis to talk with Owner Dave and to take a look at his ever-growing selection of furniture, plants, pots and the tons of other knick-knacks for my home. The prices are always excellent and the selection is awesome..........and it's right across from the Beach at Topanga Canyon. Fantastic location........

BEST IN L.A. FOR SURE ! – Might sound crazy, but this place (Oasis Imports) is the best furniture store in this town ! I needed new outdoor furniture badly. Went to my girlfriends BBQ and her backyard set up was a mind blower, drop dead gorgeous. She had a 9' rectangle giant stone top dinning table w/ a gnarly iron base ($1,900) crap-loads of Italian looking dining chairs ($199.00 ea.) one of those outdoor wicker sectional conversation areas ($1,500) with a square blue glass tiled gas fire-pit "to die for" (only $899), and a beautiful outdoor wicker canopy day bed ($1,500) all with not to busy rust colored pattern outdoor fabric. She and her hubby are not the richest things in America so I asked her where she got her stuff. She says "Oasis" on the corner of PCH and Topanga Canyon next door to the Malibu Feed Barn or Bin or whatever. Let's just say I am a copy cat and a happy dirty rat and I am totally in love with Dave at Oasis (funny guy in shorts and a visor) ! The prices are insane and I got my whole set up delivered in TWO WEEKS ! Run, don't walk to Oasis Imports just passed the Palisades on the way up to Malibu.
Great Service, Great Furniture, Great Pricing!! – I went to Oasis Furniture to buy some indoor rustic furniture and patio furniture for my home. I spoke with Dave, the owner and he was very friendly and helpful. He actually came out to my home, measured and made suggestions for me. This guy is good! His recommendations were right on! My place looks gorgeous. The delivery of my new furniture was on time, exactly as promised. However, one piece did arrived damaged but Dave replaced it without any hassle whatsoever. I will definelty go back there again! If you have a chance to stop, look and shop, you won't be sorry.
Simply the worst – Absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. Dave (the owner) agreed to come out for an estimate on a $ 20000 project. Never showed, never responded to emails and/or phone calls. Two weeks later sent an email "I don't need your business". Wow. This guy can afford to operate like that In times like this? That's impressive! So if you enjoy being treated like dirt, and dealing with the most condescending person ever - go right ahead and visit Oasis Imports. Doesn't work so well for me, so I looked elsewhere.
DON'T GO THERE ! – The owner is dishonest, rude and insulting. Furniture was delivered VERY late (3 weeks), damaged and he didn't care. This place is over priced and should be shut down for the misrepresentations they give. I wanted the damaged piece to be exchanged or refunded and Dave the owner told me to forget it ! Waste of time shopping there. There are nicer places to spend your money.
bad service – We unfortunately had extremely rude service from the owner Dave, although we have been doing business with Oasis for many years. Defintely zero stars! He first had us call around to track our order, and we had to call a colleague directly on her cell phone to find out where the order was (after a month). When he located the order, he said we had to pick it up the same day or he wouldn't be "fiscally responsible." His colleague asked us to wait a week to pick it up as she wanted to review the order. He was very rude and completely out of line.
You are the worst!!!!!!!! – Zero Stars!!!!!!!!! I ordered a grandfather clock and the made us wait all day on 2 different Thursday's without a phone call to let us know that they would not deliver. We had to call them. DAVE the owner is not returning our phone calls after he had someone from the warehouse call me and tell me he would not be able to honor the delivery. We paid in full and are still awaiting our refund. I now have to submit a dispute with my credit card company to try to get my money back. This is the worst place to shop. they show you pictures of what the are going to deliver, take your money, and then leave you high and dry. No merchandise, and no refund. You will just waste your time and drain all of your energy calling them. DAVE YOU ARE THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!
After 3 months, order still not here. Wish they would call me back, instead of me always calling them. – They used to be good. Good selection with knowledgeable sales staff. They something happened. Our order still has not arrived after 3 months. Almost everyday I call the warehouse, and they always give different excuses -- the shipment hasn't arrived -- it's arrived but the customs haven't cleared, then no, the shipment didn't come after all, then yes we think we have your order-- no the container never came. I've been keeping tabs on it, and they tell you that they will call back (warehouse) but they NEVER do. They are polite, so I'm trying to be positive. Their products are good quality with lower price than other furniture shops of equal quality, but only if the item gets delivered. I'm giving them another week, and if I don't get it, then I'll just ask for refund.
