In Short – Established in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.

I always take my family to olive garden for chicken alfeldo. I love their salad and unlimit garlic bread. Their food is consistency and service is always nice.
OLIVE GARDEN IS A BAD RESTAURANT BECAUSE OF BAD, ANGRY & UNDERPAID EMPLOYEES!!! SPEND YOUR $15 A PLATE ON SOMEWHERE THAT DESERVES IT!!!!

This Franchise (especially at this particular location) has lots its energy, it's customer service, it's class, and is desire to please its customers. They have a bunch of teenagers as waiters and waitressess who have no experience in customer service and are mad because they are underpaid. They took their fury out on me 2 weeks ago. A waiter name Evan or Ethan was so rude to me and my guest, he seem irritated even though we were very nice and didn't ask for anything, he ignored us when we tried to get his attention. He basically acted like we werent there. I guess he didn't care about the tips by the time we'd come and. I think its sad that large businessess like Olive Garden have lost their gratitude. I felt my waiters bad day being taken out on me and I feel that is unprofessional. I can say it loud I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER OLIVE GARDEN AGAIN, AND I RECOMMEND THOSE OF YOU READING THIS THINK TWICE AS WELL...
- Pros: CHEAP,BUT STILL NOT WORTH BEING DISRESPECTED AND IGNORED
- Cons: HORRIBLE SERVICE, LONG WAITS, COLD FOOD, OVERCROWDED, EMOTIONALLY AND MENTALLY DISTURBED EMPLOYEES
