Complete lack of follow-through, no responsiveness. I stopped by Robinson to pick up a few brochures for a vacation I was trying to plan and to gain some ideas, opinions, and insight into where we should book our trip. I met with one of the owners and she was great. She gave me some brochures, made some recommendations, and seemed to be a great contact. And then, nothing. She indicated that she would get back to me with some price quotes and I didn't hear back from her for several days. I followed up with an email, and she indicated that she had been busy and would get back to me the following day. Again, I did not hear anything back. I finally gave up and book two trips through another agent who was extremely responsive. I'm not sure what happened, but if nothing else, I would have just like to have received more of a response.
