French countryside meets Victorian dollhouse at this tiny downtown Manhattan Beach boutique. Specializing in both luxurious and practical lingerie, including favorites like Cosabella and La Perla, there are also many other girly underthings and gifts for the discerning fashionista. Shoes from Calleen Cordero, Jutta Neuman and Costume National, as well as silky nightgowns and robes, sexy summer bikinis and an expert's selection of beauty products from Kiehl's, are nestled among push-up bras, petite thongs and lacey camis and slips. Near the register, an enchanting selection of antique jewelry sparkles below the glass countertop--think drool-worthy diamonds and subtle necklaces with precious stones from decades past.

High prices. Pretty lace and eye-popping price tags are two consistent features of Lulu's. With name brands and a fairly wide variety of underwear, bras, shoes, and other undergarments, this store is for dedicated lingerie fans only. The store provides quality--including amazing antique jewelry collected under glass at the counter--but it is not for the faint of wallet.

Perfect for Gift Purchasing. Lulu's is located in the heart of Manhattan Beach, just a few blocks from the ocean. Offering a vast array of perfumes, soaps, candles, and other accoutrements, Lulu's also supplies vintage jewelry and lingerie from such designers as Woo, Dessous, Dolce & Gabbana, Cosabella, and Clo. And with a friendly and reliable sales staff, you'll be sure to find the perfect gift for someone special, or even for yourself!

Save Your Money!!. Lulu's has a great location-- right by the Manhattan Pier, however you get the feeling right away after looking at their prices and selection that the prices are higher to pay rent for the location. Bebe and Victorias Secret have a better selection, and for the cost, you get higher quality stuff at those two locations. I would also recommend going to TJ Maxx or Loehmann's for better quality stuff. I felt silly for shopping at Lulu's first. Don't make the same mistake.
