NO EXCHANGE POLICY. I USE to love this store. I have 3 girls and have bought many Uggs here.. however our recent Christmas story was really sad. My 13 year old wanted to get me these Uggs I saw and fell in love with. when she went to the store to buy them she did not know what size I was so the sales girl told her to buy them big so I could fit in them. Then after she paid for them the sales girl told her no refunds or exchanged so when I opened them on Christmas morning and they were 2 sizes too big and I said "I will just go get my size" she told me I could not. I thought well that does not sound like Gigi's so I called and they said "no." So now I have a very dissappointed daughter and a pair of really cute Uggs 2 sizes too big. All I wanted was the correct size!!

Great service, great shoes!!.
Whenever I visit Los Angeles, i go to GiGi's.
The staff is friendly and offering great service.When I need a pair of Uggs, I just call GiGI and they make sure they have the pair I need. Absolutely great. Maria
