Hennessey's Tavern is a nice little Irish pub. The food was just average pub food but the service was friendly. The place can get packed on the weekend and the drinks are a bit pricey.

Hennessey's is a Manhattan Beach landmark that's good for lunch, dinner, or late night drinks. They have a small patio on the Manhattan Beach Boulevard side with a fireplace that's prime real estate during lunch time. The California Dip (French dip with peppers) and the Steak sandwich are two go-tos. The Guinness is always good here.
