poor service, best flowers, good intentions, love place
Breathtaking Flower Designs, long lasting. The flowers from this place are amazing: stunningly designed, fresh and they last a long time! The place is struggling right now to stay open (the economy has his MB hard), but they still have the best flowers in the area. Very unique looking bouquets - not your run-of-the mill designs!
Fantastic Flowers!. You'll love this place! Every time I visit I want to bring home all the arrangements with me! I buy flowers for my friends often, and whether I order ahead or run in at the last minute I have always been pleased. It is a easy place to pick up a little gift for a friend also.
Bob's Nursery and Florist - now Annie's - now going downhill - fast.. This place has changed ownership over the last few years and is now called "Annie's". Annie herself and her mother are often there working fairly hard at keeping up the reputation of the previous business. Although their intentions may be good, they have shown a consistent inability to hire quality staff. On multiple occasions over the last year I have been in the floral shop and have both experienced and observed extremely rude and inexcusable behavior. Not only have I seen rudeness towards customers, but I have overheard conversations about current clients that is very personal information....very unprofessional. Recently I observed the "apparent manager" being overtly rude to an "longtime" customer. When the elderly gentleman asked his questions of concern regarding his order he was treated condescendingly. The older gentleman left, and I'm sure he, along with me will never be back. Quite frankly, the quality of work that now comes out of there matches the service - poor, at best.
