Great Vet/Great Office. We've been bringing our animals to Dr. Oliver for 12 years, and we've always been thrilled with her services.

It's a mellow office (not a lot of formality) with a sweet staff; we've NEVER had a bad experience with anyone. The vet is gentle, funny, compassionate, and thorough.

She pieced together out cat when he nearly died after being hit by a car, she's diagnosed numerous illnesses for our dogs and cats, she's performed a few operations, and she's always been open to questions and suggestions.

She's been terrific for us.

BLUE CROSS PET HOSPITAL BLINDED MY PET!!!. I took my pet snake to this "esteemed" vet for exotic pets for a quick, simple procedure of removing shedding from the eye, it is very easy but, the vet messed it up so bad my poor pet lost her eye and vision. I used to get this simple thing done for free from a pet shop in West Covina called Town & Country, they are so nice, gentle & refused to charge me for something so easy. When I moved west I went to THIS VET, she told me I couldn't watch the procedure after I protested to her literally jabbing my snake's eyes. She went into another room with her brutal inexperience scarred my snake then charged me $60 for something that normally cost nothing! As a result my snake went blind & 1 eye exploded from the socket inflamed & swollen out like a big balloon, she kept rubbing it on the side of her tank in pain. I immediately returned & told her what happened she said she WOULDN'T HELP ME FIX IT! or with cost of another vet & brought in a rude office manager to turn me away. It cost me over $1300 to take her to a reptile specialist who said that THIS VET removed part of the retina of 1 eye and is now blind in both. It couldn't be fixed & I needed surgery to enucleate the eye, & give her expensive shots every day for months. I had to apply for a grant from the UAN, they amazingly gave me an emergency lifeline grant for the surgery. An emotional & horrible experience as a result of this TERRIBLE VET'S BAD JUDGMENT. She didn't know how to do it correctly, she should have thanked me for coming and turned me away. Not scarred my pet from inexperience AND try to overcharge me for what should have been at most a $5 quick thing, it turned into over $1500 of pain heartache and irreversible damage to my pet. I hope no one or their pets have to go through this painful trauma. Animals can't tell us the pain they are in & we put our trust into vets to help them. SHE TOOK MY PETS EYES, ALL I CAN SAY IS IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS AS MUCH AS I LOVE MINE DON'T TAKE THEM TO THIS WOMAN.
