Highest quality in town. I see a few people complain about Inaka, but I really disagree with them. Inaka has been there years and years there under current owner, and we've been going there over 8 years. We know they always get the freshest highest quality fishes from the fish markets in downtown and higher grade chicken and beef. He also makes his own teriyaki sauce and dressing from scratch and foods are the best in town. We know the owner is not the greatest entertainer for the customer, but is really honest. You hardly ever find a person like him nowadays. He never cheats on customers. If you keep going there and knowing them, you'll find out what I'm talking about. The servers are also really friendly and welcome us. We're sure everybody knows that nobody is perfect, but if you don't want to be cheated with the service and quality, We strongly suggest that you yourself try and find out about them. Prices are not cheap, but you'll get something what you pay for. Try sashimi. Wild blue-fin tuna is the best. "No hormone" yellowtail and salmon are so much different from others. Their beef teriyaki is the best. They use Angus Rib-eye. So tender and delicious. Basically whatever they serve is great. So try and find out yourself. That's the only way to find out.

Avoid at all cost. Unless you like sub par service. This is the second time we visited this establishment. When we first heard about this place we were so happy to know there was a sushi bar in Palos Verdes. The moment we stepped into the restaurant we knew this was not a typical sushi bar. We were not greeted by the host or the chef. The food was average (Comparable to Yoshinoya and Sushi Boy). We felt unwelcome here.

Today we tried to give this place another try and we got the same treatment. I finally complained to Saito the owner and he just had a blank stare and didnt care to address the issue. If Sushi is a must on the hill go to Asaka thats 5 miles south on Hawthorne. The food is better and the view is stunning.
