Great Place, Awesome Service. They are great there. They really make an effort to get to know their clients. If you have any help, they answer to the best of their knowledge. The movies are always (or usually) in stock and they have new movies there right whe they come out. The late fees are only a $1- that's not bad at all- same as Redbox. Plus you can't beat their prices! WAAAY better than blockbusters. Go there NOW!

Horrible customer service, overpriced late fees!. There late fees are more than the movie to buy! They dont contact you they will just charge your card, dont count on your movies being returned into there computer, just hope they get to it and you dont end up with fees that dont belong to you!

PREMIERE ROCKS!. This video store is the best one in the area- featuring cool selections of old and new movies alike. I dare say the downstairs area is nearly 3,000 square feet - bigger than any Blockbuster in town. The employees are very helpful and friendly, often giving advice on movie picks- upon your request. This store is owned by a family who really works hard to give good service at an affordable price! They don't do coupons or specials but they are cheaper than Blockbuster and Hollywood Video. And if you're lucky- you'll get to meet one of the daughters when they're in town...Get a free membership here and you'll see why this private owned store is popular amongst the locals.
