What a beautiful evening I had here! We were a bit late for our reservation....but, the hostess was very gracious and accommodating.

Food, service and atmosphere was awesome! a little pricey, but, worth it!

Citysearch Editorial Review. Located on the rooftop of a parking structure maze, this surf-and-turf dining favorite sits on the water with views of crashing waves and the Redondo Beach Pier. Scents of the ocean surround its cabin-like shell, while inside, well-dressed guests sit under the glow of orange cone-shaped lights. Waiters wind through crimson red booths, picking up plates of lobster mac 'n' cheese, buttermilk fried chicken and waffles, and jumbo scallop lollipops from an open kitchen. Happy hour is when you'll find patrons clamoring at the bottle-lined bar and lounge area to get a taste of the restaurant’s famed margaritas and martinis.

Very good. I had been wanting to try Kincaid's and went this past Saturday night. It was very good (very crowded). We didn't have reservations (you should make them) so we waited in the bar for a while. The bar area was fun!! The bartenders were really friendly and down to earth. I was told they have a great happy hour (we just missed it) with the drinks $3 each and cheap appetizers. We were seated much sooner than expected. Once we were seated, the server approached us immediately and was very cordial. The bread was awesome! The salad was very good. My boyfriend got the seared ahi (minus the sesame seeds) and said it was the best he had in a while. I got the almond crusted scallops. My food was very good too. The scallops were cooked perfectly. I liked the crusted almond but it was just a bit too buttery for me. Overall, we had a very nice experience at Kincaid?s and would go back.

Try the Brie. Really great appetizers. I always have to have the Macadamia Crusted Brie and the house cabernet.

The spicy ahi tostada is to DIE for.

Love the friendly cocktail service and beautiful view of the ocean.

Worst food and service in South Bay!!!. Have wanted to try this place for many years but never did. Now I wish i never had. The place was empty but had to wait a few minutes for a table. Waited way too long for someone to acknowledge our existence and get water. After another long wait a waitress approached the table and stated that her manager sent her over to see if we were okay. We said we were ready to order and she relunctantly took our order. After an even longer wait, we received our food. The kids cheeseburger tasted worse than frozen meat patties at best. It had nothing on it. Bun, meat and plastic cheese. The ketchup tasted like cocktail sauce. The Kobe beef meatloaf sandwich was a disaster. The bread was very stale and the meat was cold and tasteless. The king crab sandwich tasted like a tuna melt at best. When we mentioned this to the waitress she said we would get a free dessert. She disappeared and we had to get the check from the hostess. This place was a huge disappointment and I highly recommend you stear clear of this place and go get a hot dog on a stick on the other side of the pier. They deserve less than one star.

Great Ocean Views, Good Food, High Prices except First Seating. Surely one of the best places to dine that offers ocean views and sunsets. The food is always good and the service is excellent and accommodating. I find the prices excessive except during their First Seating (= early bird) where for $19.95 you get a choice of salads or rick/thick seafood chowder (both delightful), a choice of seven entrees, sorbet or sundae, and coffee/tea/soda.

Bad Food, rude service.. Would not recoomend it to any friends. Food is not fresh. Very rude and unattentive waiter. The only positive of this place is ambiance.

Only okay. While the atmosphere is very nice and the staff is lovely, the food was mediocre. My date's prime rib was small, tough and way salty. I got the black cod, which tasted fishy and had a kind of mushy texture. It was accompanied by a "marinated cucumber salad", which consisted of exactly two slices of cucumber atop a giant haystack of pea sprouts. I would not go back.

Perfect seaside dining. Perfect for a business dinner or romantic dinner with beach view. The filet was excellent, the service was excellent and the calamari was perfect. Though pricey, the experience was well worth it. The deserts were a little average in comparison to the meal, but were still better than some we've had elsewhere in Redondo. Make reservations though, it tends to get crowded.
