Don't miss it. I travel to Hermosa Beach at least 4 times a year. I absolutely live this place. As stated the food is the very freshest you could hope for. People are nice, and you cannot beat the price. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this place. It's a real gem.

I don't think seafood can be fresher. My supervisor at work had told me about this place and I had to go that night. I knew Redondo Beach was a small town with 66,000 +/- population. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by who I assume was the manager with a small town attitude of greeting everyone. She asked how are you and I just responded confused. With that, the red carpet came out. WOW! Before I was allowed to order on my own she explained I could order off the menu or select fresh fish (I gourmet cook at home and it is so fresh it is ready to stand up and s laped you in the face) from the prime case and pay the per pound price plus $3.00 and they would cook it and throw in two sides. I opted for the menu my first time. It is very casual very family very group friendly. When you order is ready they call you up to pick it up. It is so casual it is on disposable trays and utensils. I appreciate that as it keeps the price down. I had a char broiled red snapper with rice pilaf and macaroni salad and soda for just over $16.00. As the Governor said in Terminator, ?I?ll be back!?
