WORST PRINT HOUSE IN LOS ANGELES.

I went there to get my company's holiday cards done. BIG MISTAKE. I needed them within two weeks and they said that wasn't a problem. Boy was it a problem!

They printed up one card and asked me to come in and approve it before they made the remaining 499 cards. I came in, quickly approved it and they said they would start printing it that day and it should go to the next step of foiling the card in the next few days. Well, a week and a half later, they still didn't print any of the cards. They blamed it on a broken printer. No offense, but I don't care about a broken printer, I just care about my job getting done. And THEN, the Friday that I needed them by to make a deadline, was the day they moved on to the second step of creating the cards (foiling it). They waited until the last possible day to move on to the second step! So of course they had to rush that, and somewhere in the process they realized that they printed the cards UPSIDE DOWN. So I get a call on Friday afternoon saying they unfortunately wouldn't have them printed on time. OF COURSE. At this point I'm up against my deadline. I tell them that. They apologize and say they will have it done on Monday. Monday rolls around, no cards. They say that they "hope" they'll be done by Tuesday. By this time I am totally overdue. I asked the manager Danny for a discount on the cards and his response was "don't tell me how to run my business. I will give you 50% off your next services, or I can give you 20% money back."

First of all, why would i EVER EVER take that "50% off of next services"? I am NEVER going to the place again! And second of all, 20% is what a normal company offers their repeat customers - that's no deal. So I cancelled my order, after close to three weeks of hoping they'd get it done.

DON'T EVER GO THERE. THEY'LL WASTE YOUR TIME.
