I have been buying cars from Mike who owns Marina Auto Sales & Upholstery for 10 years! I trust him completely and have referred many people to him.

Mike is an honest, fair man who is an asset to the used car biz and to his community. He has always been there with a car just perfect for our family needs. He's a pleasure to work with because he is a good and decent man.

DO NOT USE-TERRIBLE!!!!!

These people are just awful, awful, awful and do horrible work. I had to trek down there five times and my car still wasn't fixed! I hardly got out of the lot before their "repair" literally just fell apart. They'd already taken my money, but when I took it back, they tried to charge me FIVE times as much -- to fix the work they'd already supposedly done. Then they got nasty, verbally abusive and physically threatening. Like the lady in one of the other reviews, this is the first time in my life that I have taken the time to write an on-line review. That's how bad it was. Be forewarned, folks, don't take your business here!!!

Great place to buy a car

I bought a 2001 Land Rover Discovery from this dealer in August of 2010. The car had an immediate engine problem, and although I bought the car "as-is" the dealership owner stood behind the card and fixed the significant engine problem. In doing that, he also introduced me to one of the best mechanics I have met.

Marina Auto has tremendous integrity and they are very personable. I saw the review about the owner being rude, and my experience is that he is the farthest thing from a rude person. He is a New Yorker, so you have to understand that personality, but I found him to be very pleasant, honest, fair-dealing, and would recommend his dealership to anyone.

Very friendly and helpful

I sold my car here. Was very satisfied with the service and was paid in cash on the spot. The owner was very charming and funny too. What ever the situation was with Kendra Gallup, must have been a fluke. Every one is entitled to have a bad day. It must have been her time. Over all my experience was pleasurable.
