Pay a lot, get a little

If I could rate this at zero stars, I would.

As a matter of convenice, I have been dropping my clothes here for the past few months. The dry cleaning rates are extremly high compared to some of the other places on Lincoln but the drop off is on my way to work so I have been using their services...paying for convenience.

I brought an item in the other day to fix a hem and instead of cleaning up the tear, they incorrectly hemmed it shut. I own my own business and understand that there can be miscommuication. Instead of admiting that they did it wrong and fixing it, the owner wanted to charge me anyway for the work. As any good business owner knows, if you mess up, you simply fix it and move on. It was a $5 charge for the clean up and he wouldn't fix it...nor remove the charge from my account. Instead he wanted me to pay another fee to have it done the way I originally asked. As far as convenice goes, this place was great. As far as service goes, I wouldn't trust this guy farther than I could throw him.

Great neighborhood cleaners

This family-owned and operated cleaners is one of the best. They are reliable and friendly. In more than two years of going here, I have never had one problem with my dry cleaning.
