So-So. The location is a little farther than you would want from the beach if you don't have a car, but it isn't an impossible walk. The staff seemed okay. The rooms were kind of dirty and the bathrooms were gross, but the price was right for the area. The neighborhood is questionable, but it's within walking distance of a lot of good places to eat. The "continental breakfasts" left way too much to be desired so we opted to skip this and buy a real breakfast. The pool was tiny and dirty, but overall you get what you pay for, and this isn't the worst place in the world.
