Valet are thieves. My Business partner and I arrived at Cheesecake Factory on Saturday night March 31st , 30 minutes apart.

Upon leaving we both noticed items missing from our cars.

He called me and told me all his Charging cords and connection cables were stolen so his phone would go dead shortly.

When I headed home , I noticed that my GPS was missing.

I am sure that we are not the only ones violated on Saturday night. Because as I said , we arrived 30 minutes apart from each other.

Very Disappointing. As our total dining experience cost us several hundreds of dollars plus the inconvenience of replacing the missing items, I will NEVER return to this location again.

Kids at the bar? Really?. I love this location of the Cheesecake Factory, even if their food and approach isn't really my thing. The staff is ultra-professional. The outdoor patio -- the area for drinks by the beach with Tiki torches -- is fantastic! I love coming here on a Saturday afternoon with girlfriends and watching people and boats from the beach. However, tonight I went in for an appetizer and glass of wine, and instead of an adult experience at the bar, I was surrounded by small children on bar stools -- some as young as four. It was absolutely ridiculous. With a gorgeous beach outside and an open-seating patio ON THE BEACH why in God's name would they encourage a large family with kids to sit at the bar and ruin everyone else's experience? The kids looked pretty miserable too. I won't go back in the evening with all the bar options in the area. Just don't need my bar experience to be Romper Room. I must say the lettuce wrap appetizer, although there was nothing unhygenic about it, is almost impossible to negotiate with huge, stiff veggies and lettuce leaves that are totally un-bendable. You can kinda eat each piece separately, but it's a big job and not worth the effort.

Went to this location 2 nights in a row :). We went on Monday night had a rather nice dinner our standard Chicken thai Lettuce Wraps which are always the BOMB those 3 sauces are yummy. I had a Irish Nut (humph! trying to warm my brown arse up!) The boyfriend had a wonderful concoction called "The Blackjack" it was good.

This place is about 200 yards away from the front door of the Marina Del Rey Marriott so if you stay at the hotel and do not wish to partake of the hotel restaurant seek what is tried and true. Nice view of the Marina and they have plenty of heaters outside.

On the second night the service SUCKED! I ordered the Wild Mushroom soup which was okay and my boyfriend got the Eggplant Sandwich which turned out to be delicious but BLOODY HELL we waited for (what felt like) a half an hour outside in the misting dew while I counted no more than 10 tables occupied in the whole restaurant. Okay and why was there like 20 servers on that night.... it was late after 9:00pm hmmm something that my food & beverage manager/mind wonders about from time to time. Anyhoo when our server returned to us we just told her to wrap it up and we'd take it home... no need to continue to freeze AND be hungry LOL

ps. The manager did come over to see explain that the Eggplant takes longer to grill as it is freshly cut and made (sigh) you know as a former food server I can honestly say I was more on the side of TMI for my guests because it would probably effect my tip otherwise...

A bad Experience !!!. I'm a big fan of cheesecake factory and I have been to over 5 branches in the past 16 years. But this time I went to the one on Marina Del Rey, CA and I was so not happy!

The kids drinks were forgotten, the bread and butter as well and I had to remind the waitress more than 2 times! Finally the food arrives and still no kids drinks or bread!

In the middle of the meal, the hostes brought us Ice Cream we did not ask for so the kids left the food of course and started crying over the ice cream that we did not order! I told her we did not order it so she was looking around to see who ordered it and the other group on table 55 I beleive shouted to her to deliver it!!

I do not think I will go there again even though I love Cheesecake factory and this location as well.

Sorry..

great food, large portions, a place we can all agree on. We love the Cheeesecake Factory. Nice view of the Marina and we can always find something we like to eat. Always save room for a slice of cheesecake.Parking is only valet and it can get pretty crowded for dinner with long waits.

Decadent cheesecakes and classic American cuisine makes this a popular chain.. In Short
Faux-rustic finishes and colorful light fixtures abound at this almost always crowded chain. The thick-as-a-book menu features Americanized versions of worldly cuisines--Mexican, Vietnamese, Italian, Thai--but succeeds best with American classics. Burgers are a good choice, especially the ""Roadside Sliders,"" mini burgers served as appetizers. The myriad cheesecakes are over-the-top in concept and decadence. You'll leave full, with leftovers.

Good Food!. The food here is always good and the portions are always large. This place is always packed and most time you'll have to wait from 20-40min before being seated - Especially the Weekends - this place is packed! Valet is required - $4.00 now. Ask to be seated outside so that you can enjoy the view of the marina. Needless to say the cheescake is amazing. I have yet to have a bad experience here and we have been eating at this spot for 3 years.

Great view, Great Service, and Good Food. I really like the Cheesecake Factory in the Marina. The patio is beautiful with views of the water. Our waitress the last time we were there was the best. She was super friendly. Their food here is much more consistant than that of the Brentwood chain. This is definitely a go to place.

Monday night blues. I'll be honest by saying I'm optimistic when it comes to trying a new restaurant. This was my first time at The Cheesecake Factory and I was hoping for a more pleasant experience, especially on a Monday evening when it's not too busy. However, the receptionist had seated us at a section where the waiter was on break. So, we waited for nearly 15 minutes before a waiter had finally come to our table only to be replaced by the original waiter coming back from their break. It took about 50 minutes before getting our food and the place was not that busy. I've been told they have great food, but it seemed average for this type of restaurant. The shrimp with angel hair pasta was great, but the fish tacos was smothered with too much shredded cabbage. Although, I was impressed at their huge menu selection. Granted our waiter was apologetic and did a great job, the managerial structure was clearly out of sync. The food is great, but avoid Monday nights.
