In Short – Inside the spacious, minamalist room, shiny black tables and faux snakeskin booths sit against unembellished, mustard-colored walls. The menu, a single sheet of white paper that garnishes each table, serves only three dishes with the same incendiary, oil-based sauce--shrimp with bread, shrimp with rice and shrimp with pasta. No appetizers, no extra sauce on the side, no butter, no Parmesan cheese: It's all about the sauce.
