Horrible Service and Poor Management

The service at this new restaurant was awful! The new ownership is inexperienced and I definitely will not be going to this location again, nor do I recommend it to anyone. Such a shame too, because I enjoyed the food served at the Redondo Beach location 15 years ago and was looking forward to it.

very good food!

They must have opened about a year or so ago at this location. The food is great. Their signature dish with the sauce to dip is very good but a little bit spicy for me. Overall very nice restaurant on the waterfront.

Just like I remembered...

I love coming here!! All these bad reviews makes me wonder if someone put them up to it, just saying... I had a wonderful experience, food, service, ambiance, it wasn't lacking in anything. I felt the recipe was exactly as I remembered it, but the shrimp were much better and bigger. I had no problems with service at all!!!! However I'm a firm believer you get what you give, so perhaps.........

Anyway, if you're an ol Killer Shrimp fan, you will be happy their back. Hope this helps

Best Service, and Best Food in L.A.!!!!

Unbelievable how awesome this place is. Dont listen to these A holes that are bashing the place. I have eaten at this restaraunt more than anyone, so I have the right to be the one critic that you listen to and trust. I have had everything on the menu, and it is prepared absolutely perfect everytime. The menu has expanded, and they even have the best Pork Chop on Earth now!!!! I never thought i would go to a sea food joint and have a pork chop, but it is unbelievable!!!! Anyhow, if you havnt tried the place, come on down. The staff will treat you perfect, and the price is right! You get 5 star food, for a very slim price. The chef is a master, and he and his crew, are right there for you to view, and see your food being prepared. This is also one of the few places that you will go to, that the owner of the restaraunt is also present. That says a lot..... This place cares, and i challenge you to find better service, better food, or a friendlier staff, at a price you can afford. All the haters that left bad reviews on here, Thank You for not coming back... Saves room for us honest people!!! Gods Speed, Rob

HORRIBLE SERVICE. AVERAGE FOOD

I was extremely disappointed in the service. Waitress never brought the baked potato. I reminded her, then waited 10 minutes to receive it. By that time, I had finished 1/2 the meal. She never came over to ask how the meal was nor even asked if I ever needed water in my 1/2 full glass.

The manager comped the potato and then with a transparent smile asked if I wanted some water.

BTW, shrimp was bland in the heavily buttery broth.

This restaurant is on my NO recommend list.
