NICE PEOPLE, GOOD SERVICE. I went in to the store get my ring polished. They were very nice and they polished it immediately and efficiently, for a very reasonable fee.

Go anywhere but here!. They charged me $100 to make my platinum engagement ring smaller... The woman working there talked me into making it far too small. When I picked up the ring, she was engaged in a conversation with someone else and did not even acknowledge me. The ring was given back alone - missing the piece which was cut out. When I asked for it back, she told me they charge extra if you want the piece back!!! I demanded they return it for free. It took them 10 minutes to find the piece, then it was rudely handed back. Now I have to have it resized again to make it bigger... Needless to say, I will go anywhere else!!!

Unprofessional and bad quality. This is an incredibly unprofessional business. I don't care what kind of discount they give; it's not worth it. I bought a new setting for my engagement ring 6 weeks ago, and I have brought it back three (yes, three) times. Each time I wait and wait for one of the owners/employees to finish personal conversations before they'll ask me if I need something. Each time the person helping me with my repair - diamonds fell out (!) - seemed incredibly unknowledgeable. They have never apologized for the wait, bad service, issues with my new ring or the continuing repairs. Believe me, it's not worth the frustration.
