SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER, the service was so terrible that I asked to speak to a manager and the women who calls herself a manager was the one providing the horrible and rude customer service, Unbelievable! Talk about her so unprofessional red hair. I went to the front desk asking to speak to some else besides the so call manger with the short red hair and the women at the front desk named Maria was the same way; rude and had the worst attitude to deal with. When I was finally able to speak to the assistant manager it was as if I was talking to the walls, he completely ignored me and kept checking his phone while I was talking to him. What is wrong with these people? Seriously!

Not what you would expect. Thought we were going to have stay at a great hotel after reading the Citysearch review but was very disappointed. The rooms were very small and the service was horrible. When I asked the front desk for anything they just stared at me like I was from another planet. Would not reccomend at all.

Bad Service!. This hotel has the WORST service ever. The employees are rude when they actually answer the phone and the rooms are small.

Horrid Experience. Attended wedding at hotel and the experience was terrible. The staff is completely incompetent and the rooms are terrible. I have never seen a property where everyone has a complete lack of respect for the guests. Avoid this one!

Miserable stay...would stay away!. Were promised a view but the view was non-existant. Noisy party in the hall way through most of the evening. No much in amenities or bar. Left my toiletry bag there by mistake. Called them to ask for it. Could not get a response or call back. After several promises of a return call, we still could not reach anyone. This went on for several weeks. Inattentive, non-responsive, unprofessional personnel. At last, we did get someone who told us that the bag was not there-could not tell me why they took so many weeks and moer than ten calls to tell me this! And I know that that's where I left it! Overall, an unpleasant stay!
