Best Brazillian Wax in Marina Del Rey

I got my Brazilian/Bikini wax at marina beauty bar with Claudia, she was extremely professional and her technique of waxing is very good and painless. The wax she uses is so calming for my sensitive skin as it has Tea Tree oil and Eucalyptus. The next week, I went back to Claudia again and this time she wax and arch my eyebrows, she did a great job.

Helpful, Knowledgable, friendly - no pressure!

I wondered into this place which happens to be by my house. I was drawn in becuase of the Epicuren products - hard to find and amazing stuff! The owner was very knowledgable and pointed out products for my skin. He also recommended the vipeel since I have acne and scarring. I had the peel done the next day and loved the results! I have had troubled skin my whole life - now 30 and I have tried everything under the sun and seen many dermatologits and estheticians. This place is my favorite so far.

Very nice people, not the best facial, still healing from the acne facial.

I had a facial there a month ago and I wanted to wait to see how my skin turned out before I leave a review. The couple that owns the place are very nice people. I had an acne facial there because my chin and cheeks were breaking out a little (I do not usually have a skin problem). I had a few blemishes here and there. She did my extractions so hard and she pushed down on my face so roughly that my eyes were watering to the point of crying and I STILL have scars on my face today. I was hoping that they would go away in a week ... and I told myself that if the scars do not go away in over 1 week, I would let the world know what she did to my face. She mistook a mosquito bite on my face as a pimple and I didn't realize that she destroyed it until I got home. I have a scar there and 3 other places that will probably not go away for a LONG time. I would have much rather left the pimples the way they were and waited until they went away. I went to the MAC counter the day after I had the facial, and I told them what happened, they were all shocked! They said it looked like I took a knife and cut off my skin. When she was popping my face, she said "I hope you don't have any plans tonight". I didn't realize that she meant she was going to destroy my face! I really can't believe she did that to my face, I've had dozens of facials in my life and no one has ever done that to me before. I really hate to bad mouth her because she really was a very nice person and I'm sure she didn't intentionally do this, I don't know what she was thinking though. These scars will not go away anytime soon. I'm just warning everyone... do NOT let anyone hurt your face. If you don't feel comfortable with the pressure that they're using on your face, tell them to stop or reduce. I went against my own judgement because I trusted her to know what she was doing and to not scar my face. I won't openly trust a esthetician again.

I love it when a fabulous skin spa has a wonderful section of affordable jewels and products.

They have the most beautiful selection of brazilian gold, nail polish and more.

If you need it, they have it. FYI, BYOB.

I could drink up every item at the Beauty Bar......I am a true shopaholic, hick -up*.

My creed has always been New face, new earings!!!

I am a regular for happy hour every monday.
