CLEAN THIS PLACE UP!.
VERY FILTHY GYM! I don't think the place has been cleaned in years, and the weight equipment is old and not maintained at all. The bathroom is TOTALLY disgusting, and I've seen some bad ones in my time. You can't help but wonder what kind of bacteria is floating around that place. For that price (over $2000 for 30 sessions), you would think you didn't have to worry about getting sick.
The workout is intense - and that is what you are ultimately paying for. The owners are very knowledgeable and friendly, too.
