The tax agent that helped me was very good. The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. She gets upset if you call and inquire whether your own damn money is there yet. They ask has she have been called yet to say it has arrived> the last three years I have never been called to be told that my money has arrived. Just in case they don"t know we are in a f--king recession and people do need their money. Some people out here have no jobs and that money is important to them so a little compassion should be shown. i will not be returning there next year. And that is a fact!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
