In Short – Z Gallerie has gained popularity fast, expanding into a dozen states since its debut as a poster store in 1979. Though each store is vast, the ambience is that of a small, upscale furniture boutique. You'll find more than just furniture, though--browse through bedding, art, rugs, window coverings, tabletop accessories, lighting and more. It's a great place for gift shopping, but if you're having something shipped, be sure to give it enough time to arrive.

Worst Furniture Buying Experience Ever

Z Gallerie has nice stuff but horrible customer service. We ordered a custom couch in mid-October and were told it would arrive by mid-December. When we called early December to check on the exact delivery date, they said it was pushed to early January. They pushed the delivery date again to mid-February.
Each time, no one called us to inform us of a missed deadline. We only found out by calling them for details. They were not the least bit apologetic about our situation. We have been without a couch since October and have nowhere to sit in our living room. I asked them track the status of the couch and they refused. They can't even tell us if the couch is finished and in shipment. This is FOUR MONTHS LATER.
My advice is to never order anything from Z Gallerie.
