I emailed Glendale, Miller and a few other dealerships with absolutely no success. I think it's no enthusiasm with the Internet people. Drove into SM Infiniti on a Saturday afternoon. Met up with Chris Pitsis( (818) 419-4711. NO kidding, evaluated my trade, gave me a very fair offer and got me into my new G37 in under 1 hour including finance. Mike was great in finance too.
HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Chris in sales and hopefully Mike in finance will be available.

Service was horrible. Try another dealer.. They really made no effort to hide the fact that they were ripping me off. It is $150/hr labor. Charged me a fortune and did poor work. I strongly encourage you to try somewhere else.
Customer Service. In 3 words... Above and Beyond! Most new car dealers are your best friend right up to and including that moment you sign the docs and take delivery of your new ride. It is shortly thereafter that you mysteriously become someone they've never heard of and can't seem to find your number anywehere. What a pleasant experience it has been doing business with Infiniti of Santa Monica since the recent purchase of my new G37. They have followed through every step of the way with not only the due-bill items, but also calls from the General Manager just to see how things are going and to offer to help as needed. I boogered up one of the wheels shortly after receiving the car and Inifiti of Santa Monica took care of the repair with no hassle... how many places will do that for you?
