Treated fairly. Always have been treated fairly - additionally, I have always have had complete confidence with stokes tires.

Love this place. Love this place. Ron, and Saul, and the rest of the staff are warm and welcoming. They actually encourage me to stop by every so often to check the pressure in my tires, for free. It's smart of them to develop this kind of relationship with their customers. I do feel like they care, and will be up front and honest about what I need in terms of tire service. I've also been here twice for tire repair (damn nails on the street!) and they've fixed the tire, or found a replacement tire for reasonable prices.
Honest and efficient.
Since I've had my SUV for a little over two years and put on over 45K miles driving from Simi Valley to San Diego and everywhere in between, I recently went in on a Saturday morning for a tire and brake check at Stokes Tire Pros.
I felt they were honest and efficient only selling me what I needed, which was a balance on each tire and a rotation. They told me my tires were OK just wearing kind of unevenly because I didn't keep up with the regular rotation schedule and that the brakes were OK, too. I'd go here again without hesitation.
fine shop, until you have a problem.... Because they were local, I went here several years with no apparent problems. When I did have a problem on the last tires I bought, the owner John was extremely rude and condescending! I had just paid nearly $1000. on four tires and was hoping for common courtesy. I understand not all customers can be pleased, but if my concerns were unreasonable I expect to be treated respectfully and as a customer. John treated me in a contemptuous and demeaning manner. Even so much as to imply that I was being dishonest with him. I own my own business, and I would promptly fire any of my staff for such treatment of a customer. From now on, I will gladly go out of my way to take my business elsewhere.
