Fireplace store.
This is an excellent store with knowledge staff, who are very helpful , and came over repeatedly to install the equipment make we everything was working properly.
Everyone we know loves Paykel, and so do we, this is an excellent store, disregard the other negative reviews.

A retail experience to be avoided. This is a small store run by a husband and wife with little to no common or retail sense. They have a 10% restocking fee that is not properly disclosed on the sales receipt even for hand held items that can be placed back on a shelf and that have no outside packaging. In addition, they charge the fee for the entire cost of the item - even if the final purchase is an exchange for a different part or size. My suggestion - if the part or item is available anywhere else - or on the internet - shop there - even if you live in Santa Monica. They clearly don't want repeat customers.
